This is the old fashioned rose that blooms outside the Magnolia Cottage living room window.
The Magnolia Cottage offers guests complete privacy in a cozy turn-of-the-century urban cottage in Old Louisville. Business travelers enjoy having a place to meet with clients, host a meeting or to work quietly on that big project.
The Magnolia Cottage has a classic floor plan of a living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen and bath. This 750 square foot cottage sleeps four when the sleeper sofa is used. Original art is featured throughout the Cottage.
The living room features a ten-foot ceiling, ceiling fan, decorative
fireplace with candles, sleeper sofa, additional seating and a 25" color TV
with cable and remote. There is storage for sofa sleeper linens and
guests' personal items.
The bedroom includes a ten-foot ceiling, queen-sized bed and oversized
closet, along with custom bed linens and window treatment.
The dining room provides seating for four at an oak table with ladder back
chairs
accented by hand carvings. There is additional storage for
dishes and small appliances.
The modern kitchen includes a full sized gas stove, refrigerator with
icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen equipment includes a
blender, coffeemaker, hand mixer, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware and
glassware.

The cottage has a modern bath. It also offers a full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Preference to year long leases.
The Floyd Street Carriage House offers guests complete privacy in a cozy turn-of-the-century urban carriage house in Old Louisville. Gated entrance, off-street parking. The Carriage House features a living room, bedroom, eat in kitchen, modern bath, washer and dryer and small bonus room which could become your office or storage area. This 600 square foot Carriage House sleeps two in the queen sized bed. Microwave, DVD player, dishes, linens and small appliances are all included, as are all utilities, including internet. Currently on long term lease through June 30, 2008.
