Our very reasonable rates include a full breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.  Morning coffee and tea, along with the local newspaper are always ready early. A complimentary evening snack is also included which may include teas, lemonade and fruit or fresh-baked treats.

• Rates ($85 - $145) are not applicable to Derby Festival weeks. Call us for rates, availability, and cancellation policy for Derby reservations. 

• Rates apply to one or two adults per room and include a full breakfast.

• A 50% deposit (full amount on a one night stay) will confirm your reservation. In non-peak weeks, the cancellation period is 48 hours. Your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Early check-outs and no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If your reservation falls in a peak week, the cancellation period will be detailed in your confirmation email.

• Reservations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in are non-refundable.

• Check-in: 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. by appointment. Other times by prior arrangement.

• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

• Louisville is in the EASTERN Time Zone

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash accepted. No personal checks. Ever.

• Parking is almost always available on the street in front of Gallery House.

• Gift certificates available.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Gallery House. Smoking permitted on the balcony. You will be charged a $200 cleaning fee if there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, and you will forfeit the remainder of your reservation.

• We cannot accommodate children.

• Pets (cats) in residence. We cannot accommodate non-resident pets, but we can recommend a good kennel.
